Working at Lighthouse is joining a diverse team of individuals all driven by our Mission, Vision and Values.Competitive pay based on licensure/educationStarting pay rates ranging from $45,000 to $55,000$2,000 Sign On BonusEssential Functions: Providing individual, group and family counseling in the home, office, and/or community Providing family advocacy and support as part of a therapeutic treatment team Providing service coordination, conducting risk and diagnostic assessments and developing and implementing individual service plans Completing and maintaining clinical files, including documentation of servicesQualifications: Professional licensure in State of Ohio as a Counselor (LPC) or Social Worker (LSW). Professional social service experience Specialist training and certification provided and paid for A desire to work with youth in children services and juvenile justice system. Clinical experience. Experience facilitating individual and/or group counseling. Clear and professional communicator. Good computer and technology skills.
